Compression recovery has been in clinics and professional locker rooms for twenty years. The question was never whether it works: it was that the kit cost €450-650, took up half a room and needed a console with tubes to run. So most people who genuinely train three or four times a week have never used it. CREATH Press does what those boots do: five overlapping chambers that inflate in sequence from the ankle up to the thigh to move venous and lymphatic return. No console. No tubes. No setup. Wrap it, press, done. It doesn't promise you'll perform better or that it'll cure anything: it promises that tomorrow's heavy legs will feel lighter, which is what muscle recovery is actually about. You'll notice it most after the hard sessions, not the easy ones.
Model: ACM-PLUS-A1. Chambers: 5 overlapping per boot, sequential inflation from ankle to thigh. Pressure: 40 to 110 mmHg, in 15 steps of 5 mmHg. Modes: 5 programmes — fatigue relief, pre-workout activation, post-workout recovery, overall relaxation and deep care. Time: 15 to 60 minutes, adjustable in 5-minute steps. Screen: 2-inch colour LCD showing pressure and time. Noise: 55 dB(A) maximum, measured one metre away. Battery: removable lithium, 7.3 V and 2,600 mAh. TWO included, one per boot. Around 150 minutes of use per charge and about 3 hours to charge fully. 4-light indicator. Power: 25 W. Charging: USB-C. Cables included; wall plug is not (any 5 V, 2 A one works). Weight of the full set with batteries: 3.2 kg (S) · 3.3 kg (M) · 3.5 kg (L) · 3.7 kg (XL). Control unit: 173 × 100 × 52 mm. Materials: flame-retardant fabric with ABS, TPU, PU and silicone. Latex-free. Quick-release valve: one button and it depressurises instantly. Automatic vacuum for storage: 1 minute. Bluetooth: the two boots pair with each other, and there's a free app (Beoka, iOS and Android) if you want to fine-tune chamber by chamber. Works perfectly without the app. Expected service life: 5 years (calculated at 60 minutes of use per day). Operating conditions: 5 to 40 °C, humidity below 90 %. CE and FCC marked. Electrical waste: directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE).

We'd rather tell you this before than after. Don't use pneumatic compression if you have deep vein thrombosis or suspect it, decompensated heart failure, an infection or open wound on the leg, a recent unhealed fracture, or if you're pregnant without checking first. If you take anticoagulants or have any medical doubt, ask your doctor first. About the heat function: don't use it if you have reduced skin sensitivity (for example, from diabetic neuropathy), on irritated, burnt or eczema-affected skin, or over recent implants or surgical hardware without checking. If the skin feels too hot, switch it off. CREATH Press is a wellness and sports recovery product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace any medical treatment or your physiotherapist.

Leg day, a long run, a CrossFit WOD or a long ride. Twenty minutes of muscle recovery with your legs up while the boots do the work.

When you train in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The goal isn't to perform more, it's to reach the second session without legs like stone.

Hospitality, operating theatre, building site, retail. Eight hours standing load your legs like a workout, just without the fun part.

Car, plane, train. Legs still and hanging for hours is exactly the scenario compression was invented for.

We publish every technical figure that can be checked: pressure in mmHg, number of chambers, real measured battery life. If there's no data, it doesn't go on the site.

We don't pretend to own a factory. We choose the manufacturer, push hard on quality and control, and put Spanish and English support plus a European warranty on top.

On every product page we tell you when you should NOT use it before we tell you the benefits. It's what a friend who knows the subject would do.

Overlapping air chambers that inflate in sequence, ankle to thigh.
Pressure levels, 40 to 110 mmHg, in steps of 5. Most boots have 7.
Of use per charged battery. And two come in the box, one per boot.
From the manufacturer's spec sheet (model ACM-PLUS-A1). As soon as we have surveys from real customers, we'll publish them here exactly as they come out.
This is how it's used: after a ride, out of the gym, or after a whole day on your feet.
Not all compression boots are the same. Many need a console with tubes, have 7 pressure levels instead of 15, and the battery is sealed inside. Here's the difference, row by row.
Compared with console-based boots (Normatec 3, Therabody RecoveryAir, Hyperflux: €449-1,299) and with passive compression socks. CREATH Press figures come from the manufacturer's spec sheet (model ACM-PLUS-A1); competitor figures from their public sheets, checked August 2026. Most console boots have 7 pressure levels and a non-removable battery.
Sequential pneumatic compression has been used in clinics and professional sport for decades, mainly to speed up venous return and reduce that heavy-legs feeling. What the evidence backs most solidly is exactly that: heaviness and perceived recovery. What is NOT proven is that it makes you perform better the next day or removes soreness. If someone sells you that, they're selling you smoke.
It has no console. Classic boots have an external motor connected by tubes: that allows more chambers and higher pressures, but forces you to keep the unit set up in one fixed place. CREATH Press carries the motor inside the boot itself. You lose some peak power and gain the ability to use it in the locker room, the hotel or on the sofa with nothing to set up.
20 minutes, after training or in the evening. Every day if you like. There's no proven benefit in going beyond that, so we're not going to tell you to use it more just to wear the battery down faster.
A bit, yes. There's an air pump inside and it sounds like an arm blood-pressure cuff each time a chamber inflates. The manufacturer measures it at 55 dB(A) maximum from one metre away: the level of a quiet conversation. You can watch TV with them on, but it isn't silent and we won't tell you it is.
There are four sizes, chosen mainly by your height: S for 155-169 cm, M for 170-183, L for 180-200 and XL for 192-220. The second figure is your thigh circumference at its widest: S takes up to 68 cm and the rest up to 76 cm. If you're between two sizes, also measure your leg from groin to ankle (S: 70-80 cm · M: 75-83 · L: 80-95 · XL: 90-105). If you get it wrong, a size swap within 30 days is free.
We don't sell it for that and we won't tell you it does. Fluid retention and varicose veins are medical matters: if that's your case, what you need is a medical device with the pressure your doctor prescribes, not a sports wellness product. What you will notice with this one is the tired-legs feeling at the end of the day, which is a different thing.
Sequential compression supports venous return while you're wearing it: that's why your legs feel lighter when you take it off. But that's an effect during and right after the session, not a circulatory treatment. If you have a diagnosed circulatory condition, check with your doctor before using it.
Yes, and that's where you'll notice it most: any sport that loads the lower body. Long runs and intervals in running, squats and WODs in CrossFit, long rides on the bike. Muscle recovery works the same in all three, because what changes isn't the sport but how much blood is pooled in your legs when you finish.
No. The boots are operated with the buttons on the control unit itself: power, mode, pressure and time. There is a free manufacturer app (Beoka, for iOS and Android) that connects over Bluetooth and lets you go finer, such as setting pressure chamber by chamber. It's optional and requires creating an account with your email, so if you'd rather not, you lose no essential function. The two boots do pair with each other over Bluetooth to work together, and that needs no phone.
The two USB-C cables come in the box, but the wall plug does not: any 5 V, 2 A one works, like your phone's. We say it plainly because it's the kind of detail you discover on opening the box and it annoys. The two batteries charge in about 3 hours and give around 150 minutes of use each.
No. It's a sports wellness product and is not registered as a medical device, so we don't use it to treat any condition and we make no medical claims. If you're looking for compression to treat lymphoedema or diagnosed venous insufficiency, you need a medical device and your doctor's prescription.

One product, built for one thing. No console, no tubes, and no fixed place to use it.
